82 Mall

82 Mall is a family shopping and entertainment project in Dushanbe’s densely populated Sino district, within the 82nd microdistrict.

The published 82 Towers concept combines more than 35,000 m² of retail space with five residential towers planned for over 1,100 households.

The concept includes a hypermarket, cinema, family entertainment, fitness, restaurants and retail brands, with 495 parking spaces across underground and nearby areas.
